Our mission is to help the CareGiver and CNA find work more efficiently and more efficiently communicate to their multiple employers regarding their availability, certifications, immunizations, and contact information so they can stay focused on doing what they do best - caring for others.
CNAList is no cost to the CareGiver/CNA. The profile information details entered by the CareGiver/CNA is not posted to the general public or sold or solicited to companies other than ones that are offering relevant employment. Viewing a CareGiver/CNA profile requires a secure login by employers. CareGiver/CNAs are not given access to other CareGiver/CNA profiles.
Why use CNAList ?
CNAList recognizes that a CareGiver/CNA may desire to work for several employers at one time to accommodate their schedule and desire for additional work. CNAList helps connect CareGivers & CNAs with many types of Employers: (HomeCare Agencies, Medical Facilities, and Private Pay Individuals) through one location. CNAList allows CareGivers & CNAs the ability to update their schedule and profile information to all potential and existing employers at one time.
CareGivers/CNAs register and custom create an online profile about their experience, certifications, and availability. CareGivers/CNAs create a unique username and password to update their profile and availability as needed. These updates are simultaneously viewable by employers, saving the CareGiver/CNA and the employer's valuable time.
Employers using CNAList are pre-screened and then provided a secure username and password. Pre-screened Employers, have access to search CareGivers/CNAs by more specific profile information: certifications, availability, experience, work preferences, requested hourly rate, location, and more.
